If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email hello@bymayberry.com with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Yes. We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping takes 8-12 business days within the U.S. Please allow up to 3 additional days for processing before your order ships.

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our return process.
